The FORM is an office building with a total area of over 30.8 thousand square meters. sqm spread over nine above-ground storeys, including approximately 28,000 sq. sqm office space and 2.5 thousand. sqm of service and commercial space. The uniqueness of The FORM is a combination of a sophisticated architectural form, utility values and ultra-modern technologies and ESG solutions. PORR S.A. was chosen as the general contractor, and a team of JLL experts is responsible for the exclusive commercialization of The FORM project. The building is scheduled to be commissioned at the end of the fourth quarter of 2024.
The building will offer a large leasable area on one floor - from 2.65 thousand. sqm to over 3.7 thousand sq m, which will enable tenants to flexibly plan functional office space. The advantage of the building will be three spacious terraces with a total area of nearly 1.1 thousand square meters. sq m, located on the fifth, sixth and eighth floors.
