Preparation works and realization of slurry walls of the Mennica Legacy Tower building are currently in their final stages. The official cornerstone is going to be laid in March.
Two integrated buildings will rise at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna Streets. The business complex will deliver approx. 65,600 sq m of rentable office space for lease. Moreover, 4-storey underground parking lot will provide even 600 parking spaces and 300 reserved for bikes. The parking will be equipped with the carwash and electric cars chargers.
