The Skysawa is a modern office and retail complex consisting of two buildings, a tower and a podium, connected to each other on the lower floors. Its higher segment, also called Sky, was selected as a candidate to win the BREEAM International Regional Award Central and Eastern Europe.
This is the second time that the same complex will compete for this prestigious award, previously in 2020 the lower part of the complex participated in the competition. The double nomination confirms the high level of sustainable development solutions that the investment represents.
Winning will give the property the title of an investment setting new standards in terms of technical and environmental solutions, which will certainly increase its prestige.
The completion of the Sky tower is scheduled for August this year.
