The last building in the Generation Park complex in Warsaw has been sold. This transaction will be the largest purchase in the office sector in Central and Eastern Europe in 2021.
Generation Park Y is an example of a sustainable approach to design and construction. A number of pro-ecological solutions have been applied. Among them, we can distinguish the power supply of the building, which comes entirely from renewable energy sources. The office building has received prestigious certificates such as LEED Core & Shell Platinum and WELL Health-Safety Rating. The building is also applying for WELL Core & Shell and Obiekt bez Barier certificates.
