The biggest green wall in Poland, made from more than 6,000 plant species is created in a lobby of one of Warsaw's office buildings - Generation Park Y. The wall is 22 meters long and 15 meters high, ...
Generation Park is a big complex of 3 modern office buildings that will provide its tenants with over 81,000 sq m of modern office space for lease, including 42,000 sq m planned for the second phase. Facilities for cyclists as well as few hundreds of parking spaces will also be created.
Exceptional architectural solutions will allow future tenants to enjoy the nature not only outside but also inside the object. Additionally the complex will be clearly distinguishable from the surroundings thanks to a 180-meter-high skyscraper.
The second phase is planned to be finished in Q1 2018.
Location of the complex at Daszyńskiego roundabout provides many excellent communication possibilities. Within a few hundred meters from the building there is a second underground line station. Another advantage of the office building location is the nearby tram line and a suburban railway station Warszawa Ochota. Future tenants will have convenient access to both the center and the other parts of the city.
