Situated at Roździeńskiego Avenue 1 office building .KTW I has been awarded with the BREEAM Interim certificate on the level "Excellent". The construction project is the very first in Katowice to have received such good results in the BREEAM New Construction 2013 system, which can be attributed to application of numerous ecological solutions, planning space with tentants' comfort on mind and a convenient location at the very heart of the city.
.KTW I will be commissioned at the beginning of this June. It will provide over 18,000 sqm of class A office space for lease.
